DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT


1. PARTIES

This Distance Selling Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded electronically between the parties whose details are provided below.

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges and agrees to pay the price of the order, as well as any shipping, tax, and other additional charges.

2. DEFINITIONS

In the implementation of this agreement;

  • LAW: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection

  • REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts

  • SELLER: A natural or legal person who offers goods within the scope of their commercial activities.

  • BUYER: A natural or legal person who acquires goods for non-commercial purposes.

  • SITE: The seller's website.

  • GOODS: Movable property subject to sale.

  • AGREEMENT: This Distance Sales Agreement
    It expresses.

TOPIC 3

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the BUYER electronically through the SELLER's website.

The prices listed on the website are retail prices. They are valid until updated. Limited-time promotions are subject to the specified duration.

7. INVOICE

The invoice is prepared according to the billing information provided during the order process and is delivered along with the product.

8. DELIVERY

8.1. The product will be delivered within a legal period not exceeding 30 days .
8.2. The SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

The right to withdraw from the contract must be notified in writing.

10. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • Products specially prepared according to the BUYER's request.

  • For personal use only, products that cannot be resold.

  • Used, damaged, or products with removed labels

(Custom-designed silk scarves are included in this category.)

11. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The returned product will be checked after it reaches the SELLER.
If deemed appropriate, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same method of payment.
The SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by the bank.

12. DEFAULT

The BUYER acknowledges that they will be liable to the bank in the event of default on payments made with their credit card.

13. COMPETENT COURT

In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.

14. EFFECTIVE DATE

By placing an order through the website, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
The contract enters into force electronically.
